Yes, it is secure to use your credit card for online purchases on our online store. Arc'teryx is PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliant, and we don't store your credit card information in our system.
- What is the estimated shipping time?
We offer complimentary shipping from Vancouver, BC, Canada. The estimated delivery time is approximately 2-4 business days, however this timeline may vary with the final destination.
- Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
No, the shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
- Can I cancel an order once the order has been placed?
No, once an order is placed and payment is taken, you cannot cancel your order.
- Can I add items to an existing order?
No, items cannot be added to an existing order once payment has been made.
- How will I know that you received my order and when will the payment be deducted?
After your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation number by email. Payment will be taken at the time of placing your order.
- How do I track my order?
Option 1: Click on the link found in your shipping confirmation email.
Option 2: Log in to your account using your account information and click on the Order Status section to find your tracking number. Clicking the tracking number link will take you to the shipping company’s website and you can track your shipments progress there.
Please note that tracking information may not be available for up to 24 hours after placing your order. If you are unable to track your package after this 24 hour period please contact Customer Service for assistance: 1-866-458-2473.
- What packaging will my order be shipped in?
The packaging method will be determined by the product and number of products on your order. All orders are shipped in unmarked plain cardboard boxes. We take great care when packaging our products to ensure that all items arrive undamaged to their shipping destinations.
- Is my package insured?
Yes. Packages are insured through the courier company.
- Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes. All orders must to be signed for. If you are not able to accept a signature required delivery at your home address the courier will normally try to deliver the package 2 times and then hold it at the nearest facility for you to pick up at your convenience. If you have any concerns please make a note on the final step of the checkout, (Process Payment), and we will do our best to make alternate arrangements.

Arc'teryx online purchases can be shipped to destinations within Canada, USA, Germany, UK, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, France, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland and the Netherlands.

- Does Arc'teryx ship to post office boxes?
Yes, we will ship to post office boxes but may have to use an alternate carrier which can increase the delivery time of your order.
- Can I have my order shipped to an Arc'teryx store?
No, we do not ship online purchases to Arc'teryx stores.
- Will you ship my order to a military address?
Arc'teryx will ship to military base addresses using Canada Post shipping service.
- How much tax will I have to pay?
All applicable taxes will be applied to the country/region that the item is being shipped to.
- Does Arc'teryx ship to multiple addresses?
No, we do not ship to multiple addresses. Each individual order will ship to only one address. Whenever necessary, the shipping address can be changed by you for each new order placed. If you wish to send several items to different addresses, then a new order must be completed for each individual destination.
- Can products be delivered to a different mailing address from the billing address?
Yes, the Shipping address can be different from the Billing address.
