Product Care Information
Arc'teryx garments constructed using GORE-TEX® and WINDSTOPPER® fabrics are designed to provide exceptional weather protection and breathability. Routine care and maintenance will ensure an optimum performance from your Arc'teryx Veilance garment.
The build-up of dirt and other surface contaminants such as body oil, sunscreen and sweat can reduce the effectiveness of the textile's durable water repellent (DWR) treatment, affecting performance and breathability. Dirt allows water molecules to be drawn into the face fabric, saturating or 'wetting out' the fabric, and leading to increased levels of condensation on the inside of the garment.
Properly washing your Arc'teryx Veilance garment will remove dirt and other contaminates from the garment, restoring its water repellency and breathability where applicable. Products constructed with Merino Wool and Jersey fabric also have specific care requirements depending upon the nature of the fabric, however we strongly recommend dry-cleaning for all our Veilance wool garments.

Sizing Information
Arc'teryx Veilance garments are designed for a trim fit on the wearer. All our measurements are 'true', that is to say, we do not size our products to be larger or smaller than the size advertised.
